My task was to develop and execute PAVEMENT's brand and marketing strategy for 2024/25.

My approach drove a 22% increase in overall revenue and a 4% boost in online sales, while growing the brand's social media presence by 20%.

The highlight was creating a product launch campaign that resulted in a fully booked waitlist and a 1700% year-on-year sales increase on launch day.
